PRICING / PROFESSIONAL FINANCE SERVICES
A finance function that fits your business.
Every business needs a different level of financial support. These monthly packages give you a starting point. We agree the final scope and fee around your workload, systems and reporting needs. All prices exclude VAT.
Bookkeeping services
Xero subscription is included, subject to the agreed subscription tier and scope. View the Bookkeeping page for the full inclusions, payroll options and exclusions.
Optional payroll, excluding VAT: 1–3 employees R750/month; 4–10 employees R1,500/month; 11–25 employees R2,500/month; more than 25 employees custom quote. Routine payroll processing, payslips and applicable payroll tax submissions are included within the selected scope. Complex terminations, historic corrections and exceptional payroll work are separately quoted.
Standard annual financial statements and company tax returns are included in the stated bookkeeping scope, subject to the engagement and client records. CIPC annual returns, director personal tax, SARS disputes, specialist tax advice, audits, payroll outside scope and historic clean-ups are excluded unless separately agreed. Xero tier upgrades and paid third-party integrations may attract additional fees.
CFO services
Senior financial expertise, with responsibilities and time commitments agreed upfront. Standalone CFO fees exclude bookkeeping. View CFO Services for full package inclusions.
One coordinated finance function
Combine bookkeeping and CFO support under one agreed scope. These illustrative monthly starting prices exclude VAT and depend on suitability, bookkeeping workload and CFO requirements. A combined quote replaces, rather than adds together, the standalone fees.
Turnover is a guide. Transaction volume, VAT requirements, inventory and operational complexity, currencies, entities, systems and reporting requirements affect the final quote. Detailed financial models, extensive fundraising, M&A, large projects and additional hours are separately scoped. Package limits and service responsibilities are set out in the engagement agreement.
